A 2 Day workshop at Paddock Art Studios, Lewes - students will design and make their own upholstered Headboard. I will provide the tuition, the tools, upholstery materials and hardware for use on the day, students will bring their own top fabric.
As per all my workshops, this is small group learning, a leisure course, suitable for beginners, improvers and ‘can already do-ers’, we will use a mix of hand and electric tools and modern & traditional upholstery techniques - we will work with sustainable environmentally thoughtful materials. There will be a choice of 3 shaped templates, and everyone will leave with their own Double Headboard.
Places are limited, the workshop is held in the Main Studio Paddock Art Studios in Lewes - £325pp - yes of course tea, coffee and biscuits are included (surely everyone now knows that upholstery is infinitely more rewarding with a gingernut ?) It will run 10 - 4.30 both days.
